What I woke up to this morning..... want some salad?
Above is baby lettuce leaves and below is Icicle Radishes. The radishes broke ground between the time I watered and when I went to take pics.... about an hour.
Can't wait to see what the afternoon brings up!

YEAH! My tomatoes are HAPPY and so are my chili peppers. I'm jealous you have radishes. LOVE them! Don't you love eating things you've grown by your own hand??! Fresh from your earth, dug by your own fingers??! YUM!
No freaking way?!? We're in the middle of a snowstorm right now...it'll be a white-knuckle drive to Canmore.
I want to plant so badly. I'm glad I haven't done it yet because we had a freeze this week but time is getting near.
That's awesome. We're hoping to do some tomatoes. I don't have a green thumb, exactly.
You go girl, I am proud of you for trying to save a little money and growing your own veggies. It can be very satisfying. A lot of work if you plant to much and have to do canning or freezing, but it is so worth it in the long run.
