The Challenge:
Complete 101 preset tasks in a period of 1001 days.
The Criteria:
Tasks must be specific (ie. no ambiguity in the wording) with a result that is either measurable or clearly defined. Tasks must also be realistic and stretching (ie. represent some amount of work on your part).
Why 1001 Days?
Many people have created lists in the past - frequently simple challenges such as New Year's resolutions or a 'Bucket List'. The key to beating procrastination is to set a deadline that is realistic. 1001 Days (about 2.75 years) is a better period of time than a year, because it allows you several seasons to complete the tasks, which is better for organizing and timing some tasks such as overseas trips, study semesters, or outdoor activities.
So, since I have been on a bit of a quest of self improvement lately, this seemed to be right up my alley! It took me a while to come up with 101 goals. Then, once I reached 101, I thought of some more. So, here is my list of eleventy-one goals that I will be trying to complete before July 29, 2012. I will update the goals weekly as I complete or am working on each. I will eventually have a link in the sidebar to get directly to this post if you would like to check up on me! LOL As I complete goals I will make them bold. Any that I am in the process of working on will be highlighted in blue.

That's a great list! Theres a website called 43things.com (pretty sure) that is the same concept. but it is also a community of people supporting others' goals. Some people even get together to accomplish them...like skydiving. You may like that one too. The first one on MY list is to MAKE THE LIST! Haha. Love and hugs and miss you bunches!
Love this idea, I might do this too! You have an award from me for your your blog. Here is the link to pick it up

have a great week!
I love the list and figured I'd help on making your followers reach 100.
Also, in Tupelo if you go, there's the Elvis Museum, the Car museum but by far, my favorite was the buffalo park. It's a zoo kinda. But they have giraffes that you can pet and feed. Let me tell ya, it was AWESOME!! I loved them! and so did the kids.
Just so you know I will probably copy this idea. So thanks in advance:)
That is really cool and really overwhelming! I am a huge list maker.
You should add a new one: Make a list and then you could have something to cross off!
I am now following you too.
Hi Tracy,
Thank for visiting my blog! I absolutely love your list and you are motivating me to do the same. LOL I need too, life is just too short and before you know it, it passes you by.
I'm following you also. :)

Hi! I'm visiting from MBC. Great blog.
Wow. One thing on your list that jumps out to me is stop drinking coke. I really wish I could do it. I was down to about 2 -3 a week, but then went right back to it.
I'm gonna have to try to make me a list, but I'm like you, I don't know if I COULD make that list!
This is such a good idea. I make lists all the time but for daily tasks, packing, shopping. Will have to give it a try!
This is an awesome list, and idea!! I think I may start something like this in 2010!
